DESIGN: For standard design orders we take a 100% upfront payment before the project begins. This ensures that we can allocate resources and time for your project. The price and timeline may vary depending on project complexity. We are passionate about great design and we have professional graphic designers able to assist you with any graphic design project you may need. In some instances we may accept a 50% deposit to begin research and design. This is determined on an individual basis. Custom design starts at just $149.

WEB DESIGN: All setup and design fees for web design projects must be paid for in advance. We work hard to keep our prices affordable for small businesses and this upfront payment insures that we can allocate the proper resources and time to complete your project.

MONTHLY SERVICE FEE: You can cancel your monthly service fee at any time, there are NO HIDDEN FEES, NO COMMITMENT and NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS. Our monthly service fees are setup on auto-bill and are automatically deducted from your debit or credit card.

PRINT: 100% upfront payment is required for all print projects. Please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing (CMYK), we do not color match; therefore, we offer print industry’s standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.

Sorry, no refunds will be provided due to delays in production or deliveries. We will correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color and print shift. Because each job is custom made, there are no returns. If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.

If terms have been established, a 3% late payment fee will be added to any invoice not paid within 30 days.
